Products developed

We've developed a wide range of software products specifically for PNG consumers. It ranges from church organizations to private SMEs and government departments. In all of these developments, it has been done from engaging the clients from the start to finish so they have the ultimate control of the design of the software that they will use. It gives better satisfaction to every stakeholder involved so the client can use what they have designed in the requirements gathering phase to the development and user acceptance testing. Hence, a PNG custom-made software for PNG use. Presented here are some of those applications that we have developed.

PNG SDA rolls management system (PARMS)

PNG Seventh-day Adventist Rolls Management System. It can be used by every local churches in the country to manage their own local membership data. Since it’s a centralized system, the higher reporting hierarchies (district, province, mission or PNGUM) just access their specific membership reports in real-time. The system was developed in a span of 5 years from conducting feasibility studies to systems analysis and development from desktop to an online cloud based software. The first version, a desktop application capable for use in a private network was delivered. In 2015, next level of an online centralized system to be used by every local churches, districts, provinces and the PNGUM was delivered. Check it out.

PNG schools management system - PEDMIS

Currently the schools from Elementary to National/ Secondary & Vocational in PNG submit a manually filled-in census form (here on the PNG Education Department’s Website). We transformed that to be done online for easy aggregate reporting. Added feature is the students’ and teachers’ data management. (The concept paper can be requested for this). The system is online.

SOngware

A Christian e-Hymn book. It’s a windows desktop application. All songs as in the Seventh-Day Adventist Hymn Book and other common Choruses sung in PNG Christian Churches are packaged to be used for congregational singing. If you need one for your church, you can download it via the link.

Miwanls

Finance Firm’s Loan Management System for a SME. We transformed the SME’s operation giving this firm equal opportunity as any other established financial companies in PNG without having any of the bigger IT infrastructure and employing technical officers. eMIS

An online system to manage equipment for an individual at a government department in PNG. Since it’s used by a single user, it is being installed on the user’s PC. It can be hosted online for multiple usage when needed giving greater flexibility to the software’s use.

e-OB

It’s the electronic version of the Police Occurrence Book in PNG Police Stations. Every Offender’s details are captured. The system has been developed to centralize the offender and crime occurrences in PNG. Contact us for the concept paper and demonstration of the system if needed.

SCIMB

It’s a windows desktop application for a PNG Finance SME. The system is used by an individual so it’s installed on the user’s laptop. It has the possibility of serving many clients if the owner would have a private network on premises.

Attendance tracker

It is a windows -form based application. Very user friendly for tracking staff attendance and generating time-sheets for all users. It can further give specific reports for tardiness, absenteeism, etc. and reports can be generated. A simple user friendly application made for PNG use.
